REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


We offer 30 days easy returns after delivery. 

You can choose one of the following return options:

  1. Exchange your item for different size only.
  2. A full refund to your original payment mode
  3. Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent.

No nonsense return policy.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 2 days from the date the item is received. 
  • Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return 
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached.
  • Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.

 

Important information

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned

 

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for size of the same style. Exchanging for a different product or product doesnt fit preference (colour) is strictly not allowed. We recommend to return your item in original conditions for a refund and place a new order for the different product.


Exchange Policy

All products received by customers after complete purchase CANNOT be returned unless there is any damage/error on the item that is clearly caused by HQ LEON in fulfilling the customer's order.


📌 Damage/error includes:

  • Tear
  • Actual size differs from stated size
  • Clear defects on the product
  • Size exchange (design exchange due to personal preference is not accepted)
  • Shipping error


Any exchange of items/products must be in an unwashed, unchanged, and received condition. Exchange will only be entertained/accepted within 48 hours after the receipt of the item.

📌 Shipping cost for exchange is borne by the customer (RM10 included in the parcel for return shipping cost).

📌 Items will only be reposted after the proof of return shipping is received. Please provide a picture of the shipping proof for HQ to proceed with reposting.

Refund Process

Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method indicated while filling up the 'Online Exchange and Return' request or upon request through Customer Service. All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.

For Bank Transfer refund option*, please ensure that the following details are provided completely and correctly:


    • Bank Name
    • Account Number
    • Account Holder's Name
    • Identification No./Passport No.

* For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10 -15 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.


"ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA) FOR PRODUCTS

  • All Sweatfitt products are available for pre-order unless stated otherwise by Sweatfitt.
  • The ETA for products to customers starts from the date informed by Sweatfitt, not from the transaction date or the date of payment made by the customer.
  • Sweatfitt offers a refund if the item does not arrive within 30 days from the communicated date. During this period, any refund claims will not be entertained.
  • Sweatfitt will inform customers of the expected date or waiting period required to obtain the respective ordered products during the transaction process. The communicated period is relevant for producing the customer's ordered products.
  • For shipping processes, parcels typically take 3-7 days (for Peninsular Malaysia) or 5-14 days (for Sabah/Sarawak) to reach the customer."

 

Please note:

  • SWEATFITT APPAREL reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.
  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • If you placed your order using Guest Checkout and don’t have a SWEATFITT APPAREL account, please create a SWEATFITT APPAREL account to initiate an exchange or return.
